Our Straightforward Process

1. Hold Your Van
Leave a £500 holding deposit on our website to take a van off sale for 7 days.

• Visit during that week to inspect it.

• If the van isn’t as described, we’ll refund the £500.

• Prefer to take a chance? You’re welcome to visit without a deposit, but the van may sell before you arrive.

2. Secure Your Purchase
When you’re ready, pay a 20 % deposit (including VAT).

• This locks the van in your name and is non-refundable.

• At this stage we can agree any extra work—MOT, service, or interior modifications.

3. Payment & Collection

• Full balance must clear before the vehicle leaves our premises, ideally 24 hours before collection.

• Same-day collection is fine—bring proof of cleared payment.

• For vans requiring additional modifications, we may request the full balance or a larger interim payment before work begins.

• We accept bank transfer as standard, limited cash, and—by prior agreement—certain metals or rare commodities.

4. Paperwork & Handover

• Once paid in full, we transfer the V5 into your name.

• We can tax the vehicle with you in our office on the day.
